All products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to the nature of Jewelries are personal accessories, we only accept exchange for wrong order or damaged item(s) within 3 days of receiving the item(s). Otherwise, you are not eligible for free return or exchange and will be charged an additional shipping fee.
- To be eligible for an exchange, returned product(s) must be unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
- We will process the exchange within 7 days of receiving the returned items.
